The teamMarianna Tsiare

Marianna is an attorney based in Thessaloniki. She provides legal services to clients across the full spectrum of law, with a particular focus on commercial and corporate law, commercial contracts, employment law, intellectual and industrial property (including
trademarks and copyright), as well as technology law, data protection and e-commerce. She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating cooperation agreements, terms of use and internal policies (including, indicatively, anti-violence and anti-harassment
policies and data protection policies), as well as in providing legal support to audiovisual productions and content creators. In parallel, she serves as Data Protection Officer (DPO) for a start-up company active in the field of medical devices.

As part of her ongoing professional development, she has attended numerous seminars on data protection law, commercial law and employment law, and has completed the “DPO Training” programme of the Lifelong Learning Center of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
She speaks English and German.
